We've all been ill over the last few weeks and we're trying to catch up with our photos now. Chest infections, sickness, flu,........ no one has escaped or had the same thing. It looks as though we are over the worst of it now, but Bethan was still throwing up this morning. However, it's been snowing hard today and it started a couple of weekends ago (on the date shown). The site of snow is making us all feel better. Lets hope it stays a while.
gone to the dogs 9th November
David and Ronnie were here this weekend with Susie, Holly and Buddy. They were on the way home from a week of dog training across the border and broke the journey with a couple of nights in the lakes. It was great to see them and we enjoyed showing them our corner of the world.

yurt 1st November
This was our home for the weekend. On Friday morning Rob and Rach invited us to stay in a beautiful Yurt belonging to their friends, and we became the excited beneficiaries of a cancelled booking. I've never stayed in a Yurt before, but it was a fantastic experience and I didn't want to leave this evening. The location was stunning, and last night we lay in cosy beds and looked at the stars.
